Did the drop test pull wire off top plug it dies pull off second plug still runs what do I do?
Top cylinder is combusting/running, bottom cylinder is not. You need to find out why the bottom cylinder isn't firing. Possible causes:
-Poor compression in bottom cylinder (bad head gasket or scored cylinder). You can check by pulling the recoil rope slowly (plugs installed). You'll feel 'whoomp, whoomp' twice per flywheel revolution if both cylinders have compression.. the 'whoomps' should feel even between cylinders.
-No/poor spark due to a) fouled spark plug (try swapping plugs, or install new Champion J6C's gapped to .030") or faulty coil/condenser/pointset/plug wire on bottom cylinder circuit. If you have adequate compression, good spark (1/4" in open air) with new spark plug and it still doesn't fire, then
-Check reed valves on plate behind carb. If reeds are bent/broken for bottom cylinder, fuel/air mix cannot 'draw' into cylinder.
Good luck!
