1999 Johnson 15 HP Parts

Hi

I am based in the UK and was wondering where the best place is to order Johnson 15 HP parts.
I need atleast 1 Conrod and bearings. It appears conrods are seriously expensive.

I dont mind ordering from the USA if prices are cheaper

Conrods for that engine here in the states will run you about $175 ea. Bearings are not available, but you can find new old stock for $40 ea.
I suggest you look at eBay to find used. www.boats dot net says that you need a 0396607 con rod ($187) and it will fit any 1986 through 2007 (2 stroke only) 9.9 or 15hp. Might be worth looking for a complete powerhead depending on what caused the failure...
