One of the other experts, (maybe Joe Reeves) commented that he made some out of 3/8" hose. I forget the exact details, but I'd agree-you should be able to make them. Just be sure they fit snugly and are exactly the right length- from the bottom of the block to exactly flush with the top of the block. You don't want water pressure moving these around inside the cooling passages.

had some new 3/8 hose laying around. have now installed four at a snug fit,the ones i cut where perfect fit (found one org deflector to measure by) Hope this solves the piip sound from control box. vernatherm is removed beacause it is old,cleaned but old. i test it without that. its windy so have to wait..
