I have rebuilt the carb I have new gas new fuel lines and a new fuel pump. Took it in the water Sunday and it would not run WOT. I've never really worked on a boat motor so I'm lost. I have put new plugs in as we'll. I did notice when I run it in a barrel wot I don't think the butterfly is opening all the way. It will ideal and rev fine. I don't know how to adjust it so the butterfly opens all the way. Any help would be appreciated
