1934 Johnson carberator problem

I have inherited a 4.1 hp, 1934 Johnson Model A 70, serial # 218298 and while it works it appears to be missing some sort of clip that holds the top onto the carb float chamber. Presently the top is held on with a piece of wire and it leaks badly. How would I find out what the correct part looks like and where might I get one?

Hi, Ken.

The lasst time you asked this question here you were referred to the Antique Outboard Club.

Did you ask there? I don't have a link, but I am sure Google does.

Good luck. :)
