Evinrude 50 hp model E50RNLIC power trim and tilt

Hi guys I've a evinrude 50hp outboard model E50RNLIC. I believe theirs no power trim and tilt on it, I'd like to fit one, if you give me any help and advice I really appreciate it.

I've also a problem with the electric choke

not sure about trim and tilt but whats wrong with the choke?
it should click when ignition s on and you push the key in
