Evinrude COWLING paintjob - 1987 V4 - taking apart

Trying to get the V4 and 90 off my 1987. Look like they are held in place by some kind of plastic pins. How can I remove ? Will they break being 27 years old and if so anyone know the part numbers so I can hunt them up hopefully at a local Ev dealer ?
