How much is 1936 Johnson outboard valued at?

We are curious what the fair market value on our Johnson outboard engine. With help through this site, we were informed it is a 1936 3.3 HP. Model #200. It has a built on tank and horizontal twin cylinders. Can some people let us know the value in case we want to sell it? Thank You So Much.

I looked up your motor in the "Old Outboard Book" and does not give a very good rating for your motor,probably because it is a very common motor and there are plenty still around.<br />Now this is not etched in stone --very good condition ---$200.00<br />I have found in dealing with these antiques what you are told what you will get for a certain engine is usually way off.

Perhaps the best way to sell it, if you ever decide to, is on e-bay I have seen very old motors go for a lot of money.
