Evinrude 1976 25HP model 25653E rebuilt. Almost anyway! Can't place where this spring goes ... Can you? Just about done restoring the different internal parts of the carburetor fuel system water pump and finally finished! Yeah! I have it all back together except one spring it's driving me nuts. I've checked manuals online and off-line details of every page parts breakdown. Led to believe its external because it's painted the color of the outer casing. But can't figure out what it is, it has 14 rungs maybe you can help?
