1988 johnson spl 88hp tilt wiring harness

I have found a trim tilt wiring harness on ebay. I have trim on a separate switch. I plant to use wiring harness to have tilt on the controls unit itself. Current control unit does not support trim. (i will buy a control unit soon) can anyone tell me a little about installation of wiring harness. I'm not sure of where it gets wired into the engine.<br />thanks

I'm a little confused. You have stated that you already have a dash mount tnt system. That means to me that nothing needs to be changed at the engine end of this configuration.Why the new harness?Connections to whatever remote control you are contemplating using can be either real easy to at least a little tedious.
