What are you all useing for puddle drain line? I am talking about the 1/16" or 3/32" hose that runs from the manifolds. What supplier or brand are you using? I have been having trouble getting these lines to last more than a couple years.

Re: Puddle Drain Hose

Check with a shop that repairs chainsaws, they have several sizes of small hose that will fit.

Your Bombardier dealer sells a all their hoses. 1/16" primer hose:772568, 1/32" drain hose: 772569, 1/8" 772570, 3/16" airbox to manifold: 203909. These part numbers are vintage 2003, from their old Parts and Accessories book. The dealer can determine what the latest 2014 part number is for each one. The original factory parts lists will show the original hose part number in most cases: epc.brp.com

Bombadier now specifies that these common hoses be obtained locally, or so the two dealers in the area state. Anyways, I found a product called Tygon that, according to the manufacturer, is highly ethanol resistant. I purchased several different sized rolls and will let you all know in a few years. lol
