Evinrude 60 hp what mix ratio

I just bought a used Evinrude 60 hp Mod# E60ELCDS not sure of the year and not sure what ratio to mix the fuel/oil.
Any help would be appreciated.

I like the 60hp, if you arent sure of the waterpump history you should replace the impeller and test the thermostat

Thank you very much Bosunsmate. I was confused trying to figure year by looking at "I N T R O D U C E S" I didn't know what the "S" stood for.
