Fill/Drain Plug 1960 18hp seahorse

I have a 1960 Johnson 18hp seahorse (not sure which model or how to find the serial number). I keep reading that when I change the gear oil I need to change the o rings or washers on the plug. Do I have to get these at a dealer or can I find these at another parts store. Also does anyone know exactly the part I need? is there a generic part or a specific one that I have to get. Thanks for the help. This is my first engine and any tips are greatly appreciated.

About the only aftermarket source that I have found locally is Sierra parts. Do you have a NAPA store in your area, they carry Sierra. The Sierra number is 18-2945.
