I took the lower unit off my Johnson and well didn't know how to unplug the shift wire. apparently the guy that had it before me rewired it to a certain point and left out the spot to unplug it I guess not really sure but the wire pulled out of the top of the lower unit and I have no idea how to fix this since it goes down into the oil I figure I can't just put new wires running down into it with out the oil coming out does it take a special seal or what does anyone know where I can find a wire for this ???
