Johnson Outboard Roller Bearing

I have a 1964 40HP Johnson RDL-26 that needs a upper crankshaft roller bearing and seal. Can someone tell me how hard it is to replace the roller bearing and what it involves?

Pull powerhead and split it in half.....

Powerhead needs to be removed from exhaust housing.-----Bearing fits on a wee dowel.----If rollers are bad then likely there will be an issue with the crankshaft too.
