Torque specs/range for intake manifold bolts, Evinrude '72 50hp Lark, 50273c model

Having some trouble locating torque specs for the manifold bolts on my Lark in the shop manual. Anyone know what torque range I need here?

If bolts are 1/4-20 NC then the standard torque for them is 60-80 inch lbs.
