1984 15 hp evinrude missing at full throttle

Hi
I just bought a 1984 15 hp Evinrude. I replaced the lower unit seals and water pump as well as the spark plugs.

I took it out for the first time the other day and it seamed to run a little rough. After it warmed up it would miss at full throttle like it didn't fire on one revolution on either cylinder. It happens about every 5 seconds or so. I suspect it may be the CDI because it seams to be happening on both cylinders. Any suggestions?

Try running with the cowling off.-------Run with a timing light and see if you can pinpoint which cylinder is missing.
