Teleflex hook up

I have a evinrude 33 skitwin that at one time had the cable steering and that was a mess.i purchased a steering wheel and a teleflex cable.the steering and cable i have mounted to the boat the problem now is hooking it to the engine to steer it.there is a nut at the end of the cable that im sure goes to some sort of steering rod i would think.I NEED INPUT TO FIX THIS BEAST.the cable is new and works fine but it needs to be attached to the engine to turn it.is there a solution? WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS WORK?PLEASE HELP.

I think it's the motor end. If you have a tilt tube, you need a steering arm or link. It looks something like this:

If no tilt tube, you need one of these, a clamp block:
