225 Evinrude Ocean Pro lower unit oil

I have 1998 225 Evinrude Ocean Pro. Last year before going back in the water I had it professionally serviced. I had new plugs new water pump the whole job. I just went to change my lower unit oil and it is all murky brown. Can anyone give any advise?

Paid this guy a lot of money.

I think it should use the premiem lower unit oil, make sure to replace the seals on the drain/vent screws.
