Anything I should be aware of? I replaced the impeller last year at the end of the season. I just gave it a tune up, and replaced the impeller and filled it with gear oil. It was already drained from the previous owner. I know I should have pressure tested the bottom end, but I do not own one. I tank tested it running and it sat in the water for a week. Running it periodically. I rechecked the oil and found no signs of water. Last week he gave it a run and there was gear oil coming up in the garbage can he was running it in. I pulled the drain plug and sure enough there was milky gear lube coming out. So I told him it would need a seal kit. He needs it for a fishing trip on Wednesday. It seems pretty straight forward. Ill throw in some pics as I pull it apart, and re install everything.
