1967' johnson 100 hp plugs are getting really wet. Motor has been sitting for almost a year. Is it possible just dirty fuel has made some sticky floats? The wetness seems pretty even in all the cylinders. one seemed drier than the rest. I have checked for spark and everything is working fine.

How did you check for spark ?? If you used the spark plug, that won't tell you anything. You need an open air gap spark tester set at 3/8".

Most local auto parts stores sell an air gap spark tester.
