I purchased a 98 stratos 201 pro with an Etec wiring harness on it but no motor. I am going to hang a 94 Johnson 200 on it which has the red plug.
The etech harness plugs nicely into my ignition switch with a square six pin plug. There is also 3 other wire groups one goes to there own warning gauge, one to the horn I think and other to tach (not exactly positive if that is accurate but something like that). If I remove the etec wire harness is there a plug that will attach to my ignition switch, and gauges? A part # would be great!
I am also assuming I will need an older oil tank. Anything else I might be missing?
