I have a 1999 Evinrude 6hp Four Stroke and the motor seems to have alot of back and fourth motion in the midsection tube- when the motor is mounted on a stand you can grab the powerhead and it will move in the mount. The steering friction bolt & spring has been replaced at one point with just a regular bolt. Would this cause the "slop" in the mount?
