Late 40's evinrude 5.4hp zephyr 4 cyl 4404

Hello.

I acquired a late forties evinrude zephyr outboard 4404 motor. The two bottom cylinders do not have spark but the two top ones do. Does anybody know if this problem is the result of a bad coil or points/condenser? Are parts available?

you can post a want ad on the aomci site for parts/advice. you have the motor i want! lol

Well, if I can't fix it I am going to part it out on ebay...

Needs to be systematically checked.
