1999 Johnson 15 question

Anyone have the pdf manual for "J15TEEEA - Johnson Outboards - 1999 - 15" Would greatly appreciate it. I am trying to help a friend fix his clogged water line and just looking at parts diagrams is not cutting it.

The overboard " pee " indicator or water tube from pump to the powerhead ?

looks like he has some seashells stucks from the pump to the head and a little from the head to the peehole. we tried vinegar and line wire and got some out but it doesnt look like it is fully cleared. He does not want to take the power head off to get to the jacket and i would like to see in the manaul how hard it is to get to the jacket.
