1989 evinrude 155hp first start up in 2 years

I have a 1989 Evinrude 155hp, it has not been started in a couple of years from what I understand. Some people are saying to put some oil in the cylinders before starting and some people say you don't have to put anything in the cylinders. Want to see what some of you thought before I fired her up.
