1955 evinrude

I have a 1955 evinrude 7.5 hp fleetwin and I switched it over to a fuel pump and I got it running but the low and high needles are not in the right settings, I was wondering if anyone knows how many turns out they should be. The model number of the motor is 7518 if this helps. Any and all help appreciated.

Rule of thumb.
Low speed, 1 1/4 turn out from lightly seated.
High speed, 3/4 turn out from lightly seated.
These are static settings and will have to be fine tuned with the engine in the water and warmed up.
