1989 Evinrude 110 VRO V4 linkage adjustment

Good Saturday morning everyone. I have been a member here for a while but haven't posted much. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get more throttle in REVERSE? The motor runs fine in forward but I can't get enough throttle to even back off the trailer. The rpm's barely increase above idle speed. (My tach doesn't work so not sure what rpm's are.)

My boat is a Procraft 1660V. I have a few more questions about this motor and boat but I will do a separate thread later.

Do you have a binnacle mount control ??

Okay, where is the box mounted at ??. On a center console or the side of the boat.

It is mounted on the side of the boat. The gear shift and throttle on single lever. I can take some pics of motor linkage if that would be helpful.
