72 Johnson 100 HP Tilt/Trim

Guess what guys and gals, sold the chrysler and got a Johnson plus 25 more hp. I'm looking to get a tilt/trim for it and wanted to get an original OMC one vice one of the aftermarket ones. Anyone know the part number for the tilt/trim unit for my 72 100 HP? I find lots on eBay or online salvage store but none say it fits the 72. Figured if i had the right part number i could find me one. The original owners manual i have says there was one made as an option.

No trim unit was available from the factory !-----------The unit from the factory is for TILT only and onle does that at idle , not for full throttle.

I think I remember seeing an aftermarket jack plate that had the tilt/trim built into it, you might try a google search, I bet you will find some.

Thanks guys. After digging around they did have an optional tilt system not trim.
