I have an issue with fuel leaking right where the fuel line connects to the fuel tank. The nipple that sticks out of the housing assembly where the fuel line connector attaches to appears to have the tip broken off. This is the nipple (probably not the correct term) that has the fuel coming directly out of it. How is this (or can it be) removed and what is it called so I know what part to order?

If it's what I'm thinking the whole pick up assembly will have to be replaced.

Below I have indicated the nipple/pin that is broken. It is the one the fuel comes directly out of. Can this be replaced or does the whole assembly (as pictured) need to be replaced.

Sounds like the fuel tank fitting that broke. You should replace the "male" fitting at the fuel tank, and the "female" fitting on the fuel line running to the fuel pump. They aren't that expensive at walie world. Just make sure to get evinrude to evinrude and you should be good.
