I purchased an cmc pt-130 since my trim unit was shot that I am about to install it tomorrow. From what I gather the pt-130 uses the existing engine mounts which means also with the existing trim unit for mounting motor to the pt-130, since I'm not going to be using old trim unit is there a way to lock it in place so it doesn't move? My motor is a 1997 Johnson 40 hp with omc power tilt/trim.
