I have a 1976 johnson 9.9 hp. mod....10624h ser...E0009193. I would like to know what parts I need to convert it to electric start. Since I am getting older it seems to pull harder. thanks.

The 172791 kit has long been obsolete. There is one dealer in obsolete parts in the US that has a new, leftover start kit still in stock: SEA WAY MARINE INC, 2501 HARBOR AVE SW, SEATTLE, WA, 98126-2135, email: pauls@sea-way.com They have an 800 number you can call.
