1981 Evinrude 35hp not starting

A little background on this engine. Had not started in 7 yrs and was gift to son from Great Grandfather. Replaced water pump, fuel pump and new plugs and fired up first turn of the key like new engine. Two weeks later at full throttle the engine bogged down and died what seemed like it ran out of gas. Had fuel, has spark, plugs are wet (fuel). Checked compression 122 and 138 on cylinders. I did notice when I tilted up engine fuel was weeping up from exhaust while in water. Thanks for any help.

Did you check your spark on an open air gap spark tester set at 7/16" or use the plugs. Using the plugs tells you nothing.
