I put the boat on the trailer, all good. A week later I go to put it in the water and the motor won't even raise up.... I can hear the motor running but the cylinders on the motor aren't moving. Low hydraulic fluid? Can I use ATF and where do you put it in? Other possible problems? Any help would be great... I've discovered so much from this site to basically rebuild that boat.... First go around with tilt n trim however
