1978 evinrude 15 hp cooling

Is the telltale water discharge the only water discharge on the rude 15 or is there another discharge below the water line?

Only a wee , wee bit of water comes out the tell tale.--Most of the cooling water goes out the bottm.----If you are not sure on the age / condition of the impeller then it needs a new one !
