9.9 Evinrude - what year is it? 10724A is on the plate

It needs the seal changed by the prop, I need to know what year first it is. Then I have a 76 evinrude that is a 135 hp. I have a manual for it think I can follow the same directions for the 9.9 as the bigger one for this job?
The serial number is E0006563

Great, yup, you are correct, Thank you!! :O) parts are ordered for both my 9.9 (77) and my 135 (76) Evinrudes to change the seal in front of the prop. Marinengines.com are good and Fast!
