Hi all
Does anyone know where to buy a replacement gasket that goes around the the baffle plate at the exhaust housing ?
When I pulled the power head, there was a foam rubber gasket which was destroyed. It appears to be a sound deadening gasket .
Thanks
tm

There is a place in Fox Lake Illinois named Dicks Marine. It's online. He's an old timer and has been in the same shop sense the 1960s. He also has a good source for "New Old Stock" parts or at least should be able to come up with a part number for you.

Hi tm. I just recently replaced all of the gaskets in my powerhead. Here are some of the links I used. I bought mine as a complete kit, but I think you can buy individual gaskets as well. I believe you'll actually need 2 gaskets for the exhaust housing. I'm not sure how your exhaust plate is set up, but mine had deeply recessed screws that were super stubborn. I eventually had to take it to the shop so they could apply some heat, but once they were free it was smooth sailing.
