Evinrude 75 hp Model # 75743 Sport I would like to install a Tell tale

Hey guys just got this motor and I would like to install a tell tail on this motor i put in new water pump but would like to know saw on youtube someone installed a tell tail on this exact motor what parts do I need and how easy is it to do this any help would be great thanks

Hey iggy, Use the link that fuzzey provided it is exactly what I used just be careful and do it methodically mine came out great I will try to get some pictures up in the next couple of days for you

No problems at all I also put in a new water pump at the same time about 3000 rpm my pee streams at about 20ft

Alright got and update for you Iggy here are some pictures of mine done my local hardware store did not have the angled 90 degree 1/4 inch brass part i needed so I just put a straight port going up but need to get the right part still but it is working for me at this point in time but with a little kink from the cowling

I also just drilled the hole for the size of the tube and pushed it through maybe one day I will do it like it it has in the instructions with the omc part but right now it is water tight as you can see from the pictures good luck as long as you have some no how you can do it, definitely put grease on the drill bit and have a vacuum ready to get the rest of the shavings from drilling in the head.

Thanks again. My new boat is in the repair shop now. I am still overheating with a new pump in it. Water passages are plugged somewhere, but when it gets repaired, I will be added the pee tube! Thank you!!
