Hello, I am trying to register my Johnson outboard at the local naval authority here in Portugal, and they told me i need a "certificate of conformity" for my 2005 engine, which is usually delivered with the engine. We must have misplaced it....and can't find it.
Anyone know's if is possible to get something like this from the builder and what are the steps to follow?

Thanks!

Id try the local dealer for the manufacturer.
If you got that motor in the EU itl be no problem as the manufacturer would have that as a condition of sale there but if you got it from outside of the EU it could be a problem as the motor might not conform for EU regulations.
Considering the ridiculous rules i came across when in Europe i hope for your sake its EU originated
