Power Trim problems on 1999 Evinrude 175 ffi

My power trim went out on my boat. I check the trim motor and it works. I also checked the relays in the fuse box and they work. It appears to be grounded properly. I am just have no idea what to check next. Any help or ideas out there?

How about the T/T switch in the throttle handle ??
