1977 70 HP Evinrude Head bolt torque

Decided to replace the head gasket on my 77 70HP Evinrude.

Wanted to see if anyone here had the torque specs for the different bolts:

Thermostat cover bolts, head cover bolts, and the head bolts.

Also, what pattern should I use when I tighten the bolts? I was just going to work my way up and down from the center bolts.

18-20 ft lbs on the head bolts. 60-80 inch pds on the other ones. Any bolts on the head, start from the center and work your way out in a spiral pattern.
