evinrude spark plug threads

hi i recently bought a boat as a project that came with a evinrude 20 fastwin 1973.
some body has cross thred the spark plug and tryed to repair the cylinder head but done a real bad job.
im tring to find a cylinder head for this model but strugling to find one.
the othe thing im having trouble finding is the coil pack.
any sugestions of were i may be able to buy 1 to get this engine running i would much aprectiete i can upload some images if need be thank you kindly

Are you looking for the coil under the flywheel or the external ignition coils>?

Is the head so bad that you cannot install heli coils?

There is a head on ebay. Or you could try one of the salvage yards listed in the faqs

go to auto repair shop.
they can insert a sleeve into your bad spark plug hole. easy and cheap fix

Or else any good marina to put a heli-coil in as that what I always used.
