1979 Evinrude 2hp model #2902A...tell tell sign

I just got this 1979 evinrude 2 hp trolling motor in trade....cleaned the fuel tank and flushed the carb...starts right up!
I'm planning on replacing the water pump...my question is do these little trolling motors pee? (tell tell) because this one is not peeing.......If its suppose to..... from where... I don't see anything that looks like a pee hole...not like my previous motors. Thanks for your time.

i driled hole in water discharge chanel and made my own pee hole

A light mist or spray out the exhaust relief holes about half way down the backside is the tell tale. It just sort of hap-hazzardly blows out.

Put the palm of your hand over the exhaust reliefs when it's running and if it gets wet, you're okay.
