Would someone tell me which fitting is in and which is out? Thanks.

I am not familiar with that pump, but since most pumps are check valves, you can simply blow into each of the nipples. One should allow air to flow and the other should restrict it. The one that allows air to flow through is the fuel input and the other is the fuel output.

Sorry, he did say filter.

My guess is the middle one is the output, but it is just a guess based on most that I have seen bringing the fuel to the outside of the filter and pushing it inside and then out to the carb.
