How to Remove Power Trim Unit from 2006 50 hp Evinrude 4 stroke

I can't seem to figure out how to get the lower parts out to remove the power trim unit. I have removed the two bolts from the ends but that's where I stopped. There looks like a threaded bushing on the ends but can't figure out how they come out. I'd appreciate any help.

Go to shop.evinrude.com and look up your motor. They have good parts break downs. You may get some ideas.

It's not an Evinrude, it's a Johnson.
