cps code in evinrude 150 ??

I tried to read the code by the cable and i found this code running : 16. Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS). Intermittent loss of SYNC
i have change the sensor also i tried to adjust it ,, i opend the engine to check if there is any mechanical problem .. still i am facing this problem which is : the rpm not response will in full throtel and the code comes .. please give me the soloution

actually i don't know the exact number but i tried so many times like .035 , .040 , .045, .050 and .055

always i got the same code with same problem .. the engine start and idle is smooth

Could you have problem with your TPS or throttle cable ??
