evinrude 200 hp fuel on water separator looks like milk

i have my javelin boat 1989 when i start the motor on my home everything is ok but when iam on the water only runs around five minutes and stop some times i have to squezze the ball primer or remove the water separator filter and drain it but i am scared cause i see the gas mik like a milk color . after i put back the boat start again and so the same problem some times last more . thaks iam desesperate with the problem i dont hace much experience with boats

Sounds like you have a lot of water mixed in with your fuel.

Drain some fuel out of your tank, then view it in a glass jar. Water is heavier than gas and will settle to the bottom quickly for easy viewing.
