In you previous post CDI electronics was listed as a source. I went there and found the folling for trouble shooting your ignition. Start on page 31. Only other piece of equipment outlined by the guide is a spark tester.
Your correct model number is Johnson J35PL3SSB. You need to get the factory Service Manual your engine is not in the CDI guide. You can however follow the steps starting on page 57 for the V4 with the OSI ignition. Follow the steps exactly for an engine with no spark.
