Hi all,
I have a 1993 evinrude 200 ocean pro, I bought a power steering unit for it on ebay, I cant find any docs on how to hook the oil cooler into the engine cooling system. If anyone has this set up, please post pictures.
Thanks, Mike

Is this a hydraulic steering system? The gurus will have to answer your question but I've never heard of any oil that has to cooled by the engine, The ones I've seen simply have the oil lines run from the steering wheel back to the connecting cylinder at the motor. Maybe that what you actually have. Good luck

It has a belt from the flywheel that runs a pump bolted to the motor. This is a factory optional power assist.

Look up your motor on shopevinrude.com and look up your model. It will have an exploded view of all of the the power steering pump parts.

I hope you got all the parts for it because there's a lot of them. But you'll find this out when you go to shop.evinrude.com.
