Morse pistons for a crossflow? v4 and v6

Anyone ever heard of morse pistons? They are Japanese(that's what it says on the box). JUst curious.:der:

I know that Federal Mogul has a japanese joint venture. One factory, two companies - depended on where the order originated as to what the paperwork and packaging read.

could be a re-package. do you have pics

Morse used to be a supplier of steering systems for the marine industry years ago. Teleflex bought them out when they went out of business years ago. It's been years since I've heard of that name associated with anything marine, let alone pistons. Most of the google information on Morse pistons are for the Fairbanks-Morse diesel engines.

It says "Made In Japan" but it also says on the label Louisiana. Obviously Morse didn't make them, I'm just curious who did?

There is a overseas company Sea something that makes connecting rod and such , likely just repackaged with Morse name a a lot of components do it now...
